GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Schneeschule.ch (SSCH)

General

Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions of the Schneeschule.ch (SSCH) apply to all services rendered to natural or legal persons.
Bookings can be made personally, by telephone or online. Booked classes are considered binding. The Schnneeschule.ch will render service of said bookings only if payment is guaranteed.

 

Insurance

The SSCH is not liable for any accidents occuring prior to, during or after lessons take place. Customers are responsible for their own accident and liability insurance.

 

Lessons

There is no claim to a refund due to late arrival or premature termination of the activity.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made personally, by phone or Mail.
Cancellations or booking changes can be made to the following conditions:

  • Up to 24h before the booking begins, we refund the full amount minus a possible fee up to CHF 50.00 according to already done efforts of the SSCH.
  • 24h before the booking begins up to 50% of all course fees will be charged.
  • 12h before the booking begins up to 100% of all course fees will be charched.

For all re-bookings or booking changes we apply the above stated policies.

 

Refunds

Classes that cannot be joined or must be prematurely ended due to an accident or illness will be refunded in whole or proportionally with a doctor’s certificate, issued by a practicing medical doctor in the Region Davos Klosters or by a hospital in the Region Davos Klosters. The refund will be made in  the form of a Voucher. The day or half-day rate will be used to calculate the refund. Already used days or partially used days are not refundable.
Lessons take place in all weather conditions. Weather related restrictions, bad weather, avalanche risk etc does not entitle a refund, change of booking or any kind of reimbursement. The SSCH maintains the right to make changes of activities according to weather conditions.

 

Ski School/Mountain Railways

Lift tickets are not included in the price of the ski school tickets.  Lessons that are cancelled due to the closing of the mountain transportation/railways will not be refunded.

 

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

 

Photos

If  you do not wish for photos or videos of you or your family be used for marketing purposes, you must specify this beforehand by e-mail, info@schneeschule.ch

 

Contents of the online offer

The Schneeschule.ch (hereinafter referred to as “author”) accepts no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, unless there is evidence of willful intent or gross negligence on the part of the author.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.
